My focus is to help my clients identify their unmet emotional needs and empower them to meet these needs by activating their own natural resources in new ways.
Counselling may include APET, DBT, somatic therapy and mindfulness practices.
Coaching is based on a diagnostic that provides information pertaining to low gratification levels in work, personal/interpersonal and recreation. Low gratification is linked to lower levels of dopamine and serotonin, and higher levels of adrenalin.
